Nice Bail (Bug) Out Bag
Does anyone have one of these bags? http://www.countycomm.com/BAILOUTBAGGEN5.htm This place ships them to Canada: http://www.lapolicegear.com/tabaoutbag.html http://www.countycomm.com/desertbag3large.jpg They seem pretty nice, I just ordered one. |
Re: Nice Bail (Bug) Out Bag
I use to carry something similar for trade tools but it was too small for bug out clothing.

Re: Nice Bail (Bug) Out Bag
I will never purchase from lapolicegear.com again!
From their return policy: http://www.lapolicegear.com/returns.html All sales are final on Close-out and Blow-out merchandise. These items are not eligible for return and/or exchange. I bought two Blackhawk pistol holster/tac vests, one would think they would be good gear, being Blackhawk and all. Well, I was not too impressed and called to get a return authorization and they fed me the above line. I was even less impressed by their reply than by the vests. Buyer beware. From the description of another Blackhawk tac vest that they still have on line: "Blackhawk is redesigning many of their vests so they are closing out the older styles. We purchased the inventory they had left in those styles for a discounted price and now are passing the savings along to you." The reason they redesigned them is because they are junk. The three AR mag holders were supposed to hold two mags each for a 6 mag load out. they will only hold three 30 round mags. Only one of the pistol mag holders would accept my Glock 45 acp mag. These are the reasons I was not impressed. I called Blackhawk and asked them about their lack of quality control and they said because I bought it from a retailer and not factory direct, they would not get involved. There you have it, my experience with LA Police Gear. Good luck. ------------------------------------------ Here's a link to another supplier for a picture and a desription: http://www.opticsplanet.net/blackhaw...g-vest-bk.html Description Blackhawk 30VT26BK Omega Cross Draw/Pistol Mag Vest, Black Blackhawk was founded in 1993 by former Navy SEAL Mike Noell. Re: Nice Bail (Bug) Out Bag
I have heard that when they started making the gear in VN the quality went down. Many vets won't buy their gear anymore. Maybe the two are related?

Re: Nice Bail (Bug) Out Bag
I've got a Maxpedition Jumbo Versisack that I use to carry stuff around. I use it for a range bag also. It's well made and should last a life time. Good for carrying very heavy stuff.
